Clear from idea to result.
You do not need a perfect drawing or the technical vocabulary. A rough idea is enough to begin, and you'll be talking to the person building it the whole way.
Show the idea
Send a sketch, photo, broken part, rough description, or the problem you need solved. Photos, approximate size, quantity and any deadline are the useful bits.
Shape the build
We choose the right process, confirm the details that matter (size, material, color, finish), and send you a clear quote and timeline.
Make and refine
Your project is built, tested, and adjusted until the result does what it's supposed to. For fitted parts we send a test print first.
Put it to work
Pick up in Billings or we ship. If anything's off, tell us and we'll make it right. If it's great, tell someone.
The practical bits.
How long does it take?
Collectible balls: 3–5 days for a fresh print, sooner if it's already on the shelf. Custom prints and engraving: usually a week, depending on test fits. Sublimation: 2–3 days. We'll give you a date with the quote.
What does it cost?
Character balls are $18 / $22 / $28 by size, classic balls $15, any three character balls $60 — every listing shows its price. Custom work is quoted before we start from material, print time and finishing; a test print for a fitted part is included in the quote. Shipping is $6 flat in the US, free over $50, and pickup in Billings is free.
Pickup or shipping?
Both. Pickup is in Billings, Montana (we'll arrange a time). We ship anywhere in the US; balls are packed in a box with a hang tag and stickers.
What materials do you use?
Bambu Lab PLA Matte for collectibles and most indoor pieces; PETG for outdoor, heat or load-bearing parts. Laser: wood, acrylic, leather, coated metal. Sublimation: polyester-coated blanks — tumblers, mugs, keychains, coasters.
Can I send my own file?
Yes. STL, 3MF or STEP for printing; SVG, PDF or PNG for engraving and sublimation. If you don't have one, describe it and we'll make it.
Are the character ball designs licensed?
The character ball designs are by N3D Melbourne and we print them under a commercial membership. They're fan-made display pieces, not official merchandise, and BBP Creations is an independent workshop not affiliated with any game or media company.
